Almost two years ago, we embarked on our CSRD implementation journey together with our implementation partner ForvisMazars. Today, we are proud to present our first ESRS-based Sustainability Statement for 2024 (link), featuring
- A double materiality analysis
 - An ESRS gap analysis
 - Supply chain risk assessment
 - Greenhouse gas accounting
 - A sustainability strategy, particularly with regard to climate and sustainable procurement
 - Concrete targets and measures

Particularly noteworthy: despite the removal of regulatory pressure as a result of the ‘Omnibus’ directive, we have produced and published a transparent initial report and are continuing to make progress wherever tangible levers exist. The immediate benefits:
- Strategy, objectives, measures and metrics are now in place to make LEHVOSS and its activities more sustainable
 - LEHVOSS is now more resilient
 - Customer enquiries can be addressed more effectively, with a clear understanding of our own impacts and strategic ESG priorities
 - Bank questionnaires and EcoVadis assessments can be answered in a more targeted manner
 - Measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at sites are being implemented
 - Site- or department-specific HR measures are being assessed and rolled out across the company
